The Prediabetes Programme is a dietitian-led, evidence-based intervention designed for individuals who have been identified as having a high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. This includes those with a raised HbA1c (prediabetes range 42 - 47mmol/mol), a history of gestational diabetes or a BMI that suggests a need for clinical lifestyle modification.
The programme covers a comprehensive curriculum including nutritional science tailored to blood glucose management. We use a structured methodology that bridges the gap between clinical theory and your daily reality, ensuring you walk away with a clear strategy for long-term health risk reduction.
